The ability to search the mobile food vendor search page is restricted to users that have registered to use the website and have been approved by the Environmental Health Directorate. As per the memorandum of understanding between the Environmental Health Directorate and participating Local Governments, only authorised officers under the Food Act 2008 and associated administrative support officers that are employed by a participating Local Government (memorandum of understanding signatory) will be allowed to search the website.

Please note that as part of the registration process you should receive an email that your registration is pending approval by the Administrator of the website. Once approved, you will also need to verify your email address prior to logging into the website. Please check your junk folder if you have not received any email regarding your registration process. Please ensure that you use your work email to register on the website.

Once registered all users must set up multi-factor authentication using Google Authenticator. Failure to set this up will result in user accounts being disabled until this has been actioned.
